Layla Ceramic Effect 53

Hi ladies

Todays polish unfortunately has no name. Why name the holos, but not the other polishes? I don´t get it. Anyway, it´s a red flakie polish from Layla. The base is a red jelly and the flakes are also mostly red. They do shift to green, yellow and orange in some angles. I used 1 coat of Misa Date Night To The Twilight and 1 coat of Layla Ceramic Effect 53. Application was good on both.

Here´s the result.

Love the combination! They match well together. Although I am curious what it would look like over a nice deep red or something.

Misa Say My Name

Hi everyone!

I´d like to start by telling you that a giveaway is coming up very very soon. And it´s a nice one! This time you can choose the colors yourself, so that´s extra special.

Ok, I know, I have shown you todays polish before, but since I think it´s the perfect fall shade, it gets a second chance.

Misa Say My Name is such a vibrant brown shade with a copper shimmer. Perfect brown for sure. Misa´s application is flawless! And very opaque, just 1 coat needed. Well, ok, I only own 2 Misa polishes, but still. You might wonder why I don´t own more Misa´s since I love their application and all. Well, that´s easy, I think their shades are a little boring. Most of them that is. Pretty, but not special.

Misa Date Night To The Twilight

Goodmorning!

Recently I told you I ordered some Misa's for the first time. After I really liked the first one I tried, I was really curious about the other one I ordered. Well, it's great! Also a one coater, which I really like. And it's a purple shade which I don't have yet. Which is pretty strange, since I own about 80 purple polishes, haha.

The finish almost looks metallic and in the pictures you see pink shimmer, which you hardly see at all in real life. Of course the pictures turned the purple a little blue, but hey, I'm already excited my camera picked something up that wasn't visible irl, so I'm not complainting.
You do see some brush strokes, but that's ok.

And, what do you think? Isn't this just pretty? It's not really a summer color, but because it's so vibrant I think it suits summer perfectly.

Misa When U Say My Name

Hi ladies!

Today I´m showing you my very first Misa. I was actually never really interested in this brand for some reason. But when I did a transdesign order recently, I had 2 places open in my small flat rate box, so I decided to give it a try. The first one I´m showing you today and is called When U Say My Name. It´s a dark brown shimmer which looks like it´s lit from within. Gorgeous!

Application was good and coverage was great! I only needed one coat.

Since it was almost dark when I applied this, I had to take pictures in lamp light, which I hadn´t done in a long time and hadn´t tried with my new cell phone camera at all. But I think the pics turned out ok. The color is a bit more leaning to red in real life.

Do you like it? I think it´s a very warm and deep shade of brown and it might be my new favorite brown.
