Hello ladies!
Oh wow, I can´t believe it has been almost a month since my last post! Sometimes I think I should just quit my blog, because it´s very hard to find time to post anything. But I love blogging when I have time, and I shouldn´t feel obligated to post every day. I hope people like my blog eventhough I´m not here every day.
Well, I do have something awesome to show you. I finally got Orly Country Club Khaki. Yay! And I applied like butter and is a lot more opaque than I expected. I only used 1 coat! Unbelievable! It´s a very pretty nude shade. But I decided I wanted something extra pretty. So I did some stamping with white Konad polish. And this is what it turned into.
I truly think this is a very beautiful combination. Nude with a twist. This is definitely something I will wear more often.
Thanks for stopping by!

Orly Nite Owl
Hello!
Today I´ve got for you a polish I consider a perfect nude. It´s a very soft beige with a silver shimmer. So lovely! I have been looking for a color like this for ages. Don´t get me wrong, I love all my hysterical polishes. But sometimes you just can´t wear heavy glitter, vampy purple or bright blue. And in these cases Orly Nite Owl is great!
I used 2 coats, although I thought it really needed 3 coats after I applied the first one. But 2 was enough. Application was good, drying time too.
Since I had a huge smudge on my index finger, I´m only showing you three fingers :D
It´s just very pretty. And work appropriate. Actually, appropriate for just about every situation.
What´s you favorite appropriate-for-anything polish?
Thanks for stopping by!

Catrice Petit Four As Dessert
Hi ladies!
In my attempt of finding a light taupe or khaki polish that matches my skintone perfectly, I ended up buying my very first nude. Can you believe it? Everytime I look at my hands it just looks kind of strange. Not ugly I guess, just strange.
Catrice has this nude line and I thought if I just bought the darkest in that collection it could be the one for me in terms of a perfect light taupe/khaki color. Well, I'm still not sure yet. I'm still thinking of Orly Country Club Khaki or Nubar Sandstone, but they might just not be what I'm looking for. When I see swatches they look so different on everyone. If it's just the cameras they use or it has to do with their skintone, I have no idea. And then again, is their skintone like mine, hmm, it looks lighter, no this one is definitely darker. Well, these are the kind of thoughts that go through my mind when I look for swatches of the Orly and Nubar. You see why I haven't ordered one of them yet? Well, that's why I decided to try the cheap Catrice first.
Application was actually better than I expected. Although it was a bit sheer, so I had to use 3 coats.
Excuse the horrible cuticles, brrr... Most of the time they look quite bad, but this is just... yikes! In terms of moisturizing nothing really works.
One pic in the sun and one in the shade so you can see how it looks on my skintone.
So ladies, what do you think? Is this perfect for my skintone? Would Country Club Khaki look good on me? Or do you have any other suggestions? Please let me know.
Have a nice day and thanks for stopping by!

Zoya Jules
Hi girls!
The polish I´m showing you today is from the new Zoya collection. You´ve probably seen it on many blogs already, so did I. That was actually why I was kind of surprised when I applied it. I really thought it was more of a soft gold shade, but it's actually a nude or light beige base with gold shimmer. Pretty, but different than expected. This is definitely work appropriate.
There was actually something else I was surprised about. It was opaque in 2 coats, while I expected at least 3 would be necessary. Nice surprise I´d say :-)
Here she is, Miss Jules
Sorry for the sloppy job I did on this one. But there was sun and I really wanted to hurry up to catch good light. So no time to do clean up and I worked faster than I usually do.
Zoya´s application is always nice, well, at least for the ones I´ve got.
So, what is your favorite Zoya of all time? And which one is your favorite from this collection?
I think my all time favorite Zoya is Mimi or maybe Valerie or Cheryl. And from this collection I guess it will be Dannii, although I haven´t even tried it yet, haha.
Have a great day!

China Glaze Stellar
Goodmorning!
Today I´ve got something for you that most of you probably don´t expect to see on my nails. The ladies that visit my blog frequently know I don´t like nudes, but the one I´m showing today is really in the categorie nude, well, at least in my opinion. It has glitters too though. That´s probably why I do like it.
This is 3 coats of China Glaze Stellar (not the same as Stella, which is purple) in daylight
It looks a little gold in these pictures. But it really is nude with silver glitter. Probably the most work appropriate color I own.
But after work I needed to spice it up a little. I mean after wearing a nude color for 20 hours or so, it really was enough! So I was looking through my flakies and glitter to see which one I hadn´t used yet. And I found Nfu Oh 49 still waiting there to be used. Nfu Oh 49 is a very sheer pink jelly base with yellow/orange/red/green flakies. If you would layer this over black, it´s the same as Sally Hansen Hidden Treasure, Nubar 2010, Nfu Oh 38 and Gosh Rainbow. But since I layered it over a nude, you can see some of the pinkish base.
Nice! Do you like it too? Of course I couldn´t resist doing something with flakies, as always... sorry.
Well, tomorrow I´ve got one my long time lemmings for you. It´s amazing! So make sure you don´t miss it.
Take care!
