I want to start by saying sorry for the lack of reactions on all the comments. Somehow Blogger doesn´t let me react on anything, it keeps going to the login screen. So I appologize!! And especially to Olivia from Varnish Me who awarded me with the Butterfly Award. Do know that I read and appreciate all the comments that are written by all of you!!

What's your favourite colour? Purple!! No doubt about it!

What's your favourite song? At the moment it´s definitely Someone Like You from Adele, which is actually on the radio while I´m writing this :-) She just has the most incredible voice! A song that always make me smile and needs to be mentioned here is I´m Yours by Jason Mraz. Me and my daughter love to sing that song together.

What's your favourite dessert? This one is very difficult! I like so many things. Really can´t pick a favorite.

Who's your favourite pet? My doggie Chico. Which means little man/boy, which he actually is, hahaha. He´s a chihuahua. Here´s a pic.

Black or white? For clothes in depends on the season. For nailpolish definitely black. In general I´d say white.

What's your biggest fear? That somehow I won´t be able to see my daughter grow up.

What's your best feature? Most people say my eyes, but I don´t like blue eyes LOL, so I´d say my lips.

What's your everyday attitude? Do I even have an everyday attitude? That changes like daily. Depends on many things.

What is perfection? I guess I don´t believe in perfection.

What's your guilty pleasure? Haribo Kindermix (I´m sorry, even translated most people would have no clue what it means, lol)

1. When and how did you start your love for polish? In 2008 I went on a vacation to Florida. In a mall there was a lady who was showing how Konad works. I bought a set and when I was home I started looking up what other options there were for stamping and stuff. And that's when I found out about all the gorgeous colors that exist.
2. If you could choose to do anything in the world, what would it be? (Eg. Ski in the Swiss alps, fly in a fighter jet, create a unicorn etc.)

3. What's your favourite love story?
Dirty Dancing, LOL.

Well, that means I have to tell 7 things about myself now, hmmm... Ok, here we go.
1. I love my daughter more than anything in the world! I´m a single mother and never experienced this as difficult or hard or whatever. It never felt like I couldn´t do stuff because I had her. Of course my life would have been different without her, but I´m sure it would not have been better.
2. My second passion in life is travelling. Not the backpacking kind, but anything else I love. This year my daughter and I will go on a cruise to the Bahamas. I´m really looking forward to it, although I have to wait another 9 months. Normally I try to go on holiday at least twice a year, but since this trip is going to be a little more expensive than usual, we´re only going once.
3. My favorite sport is Rytmic Gymnastics. I´ve done this for over 11 years when I was a kid and you can imagine how happy I was when I found out my daughter loves the sport as well. In october 2008 she went to her first lesson and ever since she loves doing it. She trains 4 hours a week and she is quite good at it.
4. Just like most nail bloggers, I used to be a nail biter. But I quit biting about 11 years ago. At that point in my life I spent a lot of time in the train, which gave me time to take care of my nails instead of biting it of when it bothered me.
5. I have a little doggie (chihuahua) and his name is Chico. I think this name suits him very well, since it means little man, which he is, hahaha. He´s the sweetest dog I´ve ever seen!
6. My job is at the airport Schiphol here in the Netherlands. I´ve worked here for the past 8,5 years.
7. I have a huge family, well, compared to most people nowadays. I have 2 dads, 2 moms, 2 brothers, 3 sisters, a niece, and within a few weeks a nephew and of course my daughter.

Well, I made it through all 7. It wasn´t even that difficult.

And now I have to award 15 bloggers I´ve recently discovered. That´s a hard one! Especially since I don´t know when I discover the once I follow, hahaha. So I will just pick 15.

I'm tagged again, yeey! This time it was by the lady that runs the blog www.ooohshinies.blogspot.com (I'm sorry, but somehow I don't remember your name, shame on me!)

The funny thing is that a few of these questions are the same as I sent to Linnie earlier this week. I will do my best to answer them.

1. Have you ever felt so disappointed by a nail polish that you wanted to throw it out of the window? And why?

Well, in the beginning I didn't know anything about nailpolish and nailart and all. A lady sold me some Konad when I was in the USA 2 years ago. When I got home, I just went to a drugstore to get more polishes to stamp with. Of course I chose the cheapest ones, haha. And they just didn't work at all! Those were Essence polishes. Later I tried to use them as regular nailpolish but still didn't like them. So yes, I threw them away. Not out of the window, just in the trashcan.


2. What´s your top 3 in favorite nail polishes?
I knew when I asked this question at Linnie it would be difficult. But now I have to choose, oops! Just 3? This is hard! I'll make a top 5. Well, ok, in no particular order and I will change every week:

 3. What´s your favorite online-store?
Transdesign.com because of their great prices! Nailpolishfashion.nl for their great service!
For clothes? I think Bijenkorf.nl (only when they have sale :P) but I order from a lot of webshops all around the world.


4. Is there anything you´d like to share with us that you haven´t told before?
I just love rythmic gymnastics! I used to do this great sport myself and since almost 2 years my daughter is addicted too.


5. What's your favorite song at the moment?
I listen to music on the radio only actually. And always forget what the songs are called, hahaha. I do love that song by Jason Mraz - I'm yours. I know it's not a new song anymore, but me and my daughter love to sing along with that one very loud when we're in the car.

1. Wat is je favo kledingstuk?
Naast mijn nagellak verslaving heb ik ook een Ugg verslaving (gehad, ben aan het afkicken :P), dus denk dat dat toch wel mijn favo kledingstuk is.



2. Wie bewonder je?
Mijn vader!!


3. Waarom bewonder je deze persoon?
Op 14 jarige leeftijd is hij van school gegaan. Heeft dus geen enkel diploma op zak. Maar altijd zo hard gewerkt dat hij 3 eigen bedrijven tot een groot succes heeft weten te maken.


4. Wat is jouw favo beautyproduct?
Op dit moment ben ik weer helemaal verslaafd aan mijn body scrub van de Body Shop. Heerlijk!! Maar moet zeggen dat mijn favoriete beautyproduct vaak wisselt.


5. Als jij jezelf in kleuren zou omschrijven welke kleuren zouden dat dan zijn?
Jeetje miss--moana, stel niet van die moeilijke vragen :P
Misschien dan toch wel paars. De combi van rood en blauw. Rood vanwege mijn passie en blauw omdat ik me ook wel eens "blue" voel. Een mooie balans daartussen maakt dus paars.


6. Wat is je grootste misaankoop op beautygebied?
Ik zou het echt niet weten! Ik doe zo vaak miskopen, haha.


7. Welk kledingsstuk of make-up artikel kan volgens jou echt niet?
Crocs! Wat zijn die dingen lelijk.


8. Wat is je favo stad als het op shoppen aankomt?
Gewoon mijn eigen vertrouwde Hilversum waar ik woon. Verder ben ik dol op de malls in Amerika, maar hoe vaak kom je daar nou?
